Role:

● Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals

● Discover and implement new technologies that yield a competitive advantage ● Help departments use technology profitably

Functions

Evaluating new technologies and determining when they should be incorporated into the company’s products or services
Developing a comprehensive long-term technology plan for the company, including any required training for employees
Developing new products based on emerging technology trends in order to stay ahead of competitors

Profile:

● Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role
● Knowledge of technological trends to build a strategy
● Understanding of budgets and business-planning
● Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
