MSME Registration | Agreed number of MSMEs are registered in the required program as per the plan |
MSME Training & Development | Agreed number of MSMEs are persuaded and engaged in the Learning Management System Timeliness, delivery and quality of virtual training Extending mentoring support to MSMEs as required. |
Networking and Partnerships | Identify potential partners, resource agencies and Subject Matter Experts for the required support Maintaining relationship with all stakeholders |
Human Resource Management | Coach and develop the team to achieve excellent standards, results and best practice Manage and resolve complex operational issues that arise time-to-time Manage the performance of Enterprise Enablers and Tele-callers and foster a culture of learning and development |
Data Management | Update the databases as per the agreed frequency Maintain confidentiality of available data |
MSME Onboarding | Agreed number of MSMEs are onboarded and guided for growth in the required platforms as per the plan |
Desired candidate profile | |
Education | Master’s degree or above in Business Management or similar subjects. |
Experience/ Skills Required | Minimum of 10 years of work experience in MSME/business management or consulting. Experience of managing teams Strong leadership capabilitiesExcellent mentoring and training skillsStrong networking skillsStrong communication skills including writing in English and local language preferred. |
