Roles:

  1. Influence program’s strategic outcome, by aligning the external and internal communication products, systems and processes to the overall program plan.
  2. Strategic relationships in place with entities in accordance with program’s overarching objective, strategic goals and strategies.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  1. Design and implement the Partnerships and Communications policy and operations, and ensure process and systems compliance
  2. Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management
  3. Research partners, identify key players, generate interest, and source partnership opportunities
  4. Collaborate with internal team to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships
  5. Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization and be our partners’ liaison internally
  6. Forecast, measure, and report the results of the program with partners, including content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships
  7. Keep great ongoing relationship with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership
  8. Translate the program plan to action in all communication processes and policies, and through partnerships.
  9. Execute program marketing and communications for client, support program marketing for the client and lead the relationship with the digital marketing agency
  10. Oversee content writing, editing and design
  11. Work with the client on Social Media Management
  12. Managing a steady flow of external communication aimed at positioning through digital, print and audio/visual media
  13. Managing ongoing communication product development – print, digital and audio/visual
  14. Build and support collateral development for the program – brochure, flyers, videos
  15. Undertake quality assurance of all communication documents
  16. Editorial support to all teams that may be required for the program
  17. Support the client in developing media content for the program – online and offline media such as media interviews, write-ups, SEO compliant website content write-ups etc.
