Role & responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant with 3-5 years of core recruitment experience in an agency/consultancy environment. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and social media hiring, and capable of managing end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients and roles with less and no supervison
Preferred candidate profile
Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, offer & closure
Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Monster, etc.)
Actively use LinkedIn Recruiter / Boolean search for talent mapping and headhunting
Post job openings on LinkedIn and other social media platforms and manage responses
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit
Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
Follow up with candidates through the offer and joining process
Maintain accurate candidate and position tracking in ATS/Excel
Manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet defined closure targets
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future requirements
Should have their own laptop/desktop as it is remote job
Required Skills & Experience
3-5 years of experience in recruitment consultancy (mandatory)
Strong hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
Proven experience in social media hiring and job posting
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work on multiple roles and tight timelines
Good understanding of recruitment metrics (CV ratio, interview conversion, closures)
Self-driven, target-oriented, and closure-focused mindset
