• Ensure daily & timely update of reports to our customers on their consignment movement.
• Ensure smooth & timely container booking, clearance of cargo at Customs by maintaining constant communication with Liners & CHA resolving any issue with immediate action.
• Ensure all customer issues and queries are attended to on priority with minimal escalations.
• Establish relationship with all internal & external stakeholders of our organization such as CHA’s, Shipping Line, Freight Forwarder & NVOCC
