- Level 1 Production Support for App / CRM and any other system that gets deployed for the project.
- System testing Pre-Release
- Bug and Issue Tracking with Vendor and Internal stakeholders.
- Support in data migration / reporting as required.
- Administration of the application(s), Creating users, Maintaining access controls, Assigning roles ,locations etc
- Writing, Developing and debugging scripts for quick data retrieval and processing.
- User training
- Any other Ad-hoc responsibilities as per changing needs of the Project.
